Not getting enough can lead to a myriad of problems, including muscle deterioration, organ failure, gallstones and even death.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Thiamin<\/strong> (Vitamin B1) deficiency \u2013 affects the heart, digestive system and nervous system. If not caught and treated quickly, learning and memory could be permanently affected.
